Recycle Your Eclipse Glasses
Drop off by 2pm on Saturday, April 20

Charlotte Library has partnered with Chittenden Solid Waste District and Astronomers Without Borders to collect solar eclipse glasses in order to divert them from the landfill and redistribute them to disadvantaged communities who might not otherwise have a safe way to view a solar eclipse. Bring your solar glasses to our collection bin in the foyer, so that these glasses can be reused for future eclipses!

Celebrate the Earth in April
Instead of just celebrating Earth Day, Charlotte is celebrating all month long. Take a look at the Earth Month Calendar to learn about all the activities and get the latest details. We hope to see you around and about Charlotte for Earth Month!
